Our contract management services – consultancy, provided what they needed in the time required. With the security controls or ISO27001 controls this was concluded with the internal leads. The MSA and the data protection schedule were negotiated with a top London law firm.
LTFE required a training centre services agreement and trainer agreement whilst protecting the certification seal, any documentation, list price, commission and the client ownership. Along with differentiating between introductory and full training responsibility in a given territory such as Bahrain (SA).
Smart and Steady IT required contractual support clarifications and options for delayed payments. They also needed a service level agreement (SLA) with different support options, a service description to give them the flexibility and accurate pricing options to present to client. This also include out of hours support and dealing with wasted calls.
