JLT required around 60 existing business client GDPR agreements to deal with from the various lines of business. Our data protection services -consultancy, on GDPR provided support to ensure the remaining data protection agreements were progressed within the operating model including security and privacy policy, external legal teams or data protection officers. This led to further activity of completing or providing strategy for hundreds of DPA’s to meet GDPR compliance.
JLT needed a new master services agreement (MSA) as a priority with their financial services client in order to meet the regulations. Our contract management services – consultancy, provided what they needed in the time required. With the security controls or ISO27001 controls this was concluded with the internal leads. The MSA and the data protection schedule were negotiated with a top London law firm.
LTFE required a training centre services agreement and trainer agreement whilst protecting the certification seal, any documentation, list price, commission and the client ownership. Along with differentiating between introductory and full training responsibility in a given territory such as Bahrain (SA).
Smart and Steady IT required contractual support clarifications and options for delayed payments. They also needed a service level agreement (SLA) with different support options, a service description to give them the flexibility and accurate pricing options to present to client. This also include out of hours support and dealing with wasted calls.
